I represent a child in a case in which the mother says that her boyfriend is the child’s father. This man, who was never married to the mother and is not named on the boy’s birth certificate, is currently incarcerated for sexually abusing the boy’s sister. The mother maintains a strong relationship with this man and wants him to remain in the house. The boy says that this man is not his father and his sister says the same thing.
    Any New York cases? Thanks.
